… and what a busy week it was! In the final week leading up to Christmas we really packed-in the holiday cheer. Happy Holidays! We’ve been busy enjoying the season but can’t believe Christmas is already here! I can’t wait to experience the excitement with Emerson now that she’s fully aware of how this holiday works! Over the past few weeks she’s come up with several funny requests, but the one that tops them all is her desire to wear her Halloween costume to Christmas Eve mass… hopefully the Christmas outfit I picked out for her is enough to dissuade her. December Outings
‘Tis the season to be jolly! A few weeks ago we took a family trip to the Botanical Center to check out the Christmas festivities. This is one of our favorite places to visit and we hadn’t been there since Emerson started walking. It was refreshing to see all of the blooming plants sparkling with lights and to get a small break from the dry winter climate outside.
